WHAT HAPPENS AFTER
I BOOK MY SESSION?

WE will select a session date, schedule a consultation + ordering appointment. 

at your consultation appointment, we will discuss your session in detail (ie: fashion, hair, makeup, locations, etc.)

on The day of your session, WE WILL REVIEW YOUR WARDROBE AND HELP YOU FEEL AND LOOK YOUR BEST WITH PROFESSIONAL HAIR/MAKEUP.

AFTER WE HAVE PUT TOGETHER YOUR STORY, WE WILL MEET UP AND SHARE EVERYTHING WITH YOU AT THE ORDERING APPOINTMENT. 


WE OFFER IN-STUDIO
+ ON-LOCATION SESSIONS

MOST CLIENTS PREFER THE ENGERY THAT COMES WITH AN
ON-LOCATION SESSION. HOWEVER, WE DO OFFER IN-STUDIO OPTIONS THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM.


WHAT IS A MINIMUM PURCHASE?

over the years, we've found that our clients like knowing what to expect. having a minimum purchase requirement in place has helped clients choose sessions that work with their budget, thus giving us the opportunity to create one-of-a-kind session experiences that deliver the best finished products for clients – without any surprises! Our minimum purchase order For portraits start at $980.


WHAT IS A CONSULTATION?

your consultation appointment will happen before your photo shoot. we will talk about locations, outfits, hair/makeup, ideas, timeline, collections and what will happen after your shoot.


WHEN DO I GET TO SEE THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION AND PLACE MY ORDER? 

Your ORDERING APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE PLACE APPROXIMATELY 10-14 DAYS AFTER YOUR PORTRAIT SESSION and will be scheduled at your consultation.

ORDERING APPOINTMENTS ARE available on MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY – during business hours with our latest appointment being 4:30.

WE WILL PRESENT YOUR session IN A GORGEOUS SLIDESHOW, AND WILL HELP YOU SELECT all of your finished pieces that are suitable for home and gifting. We will show you different GROUPINGS, BOOKS, keepsakes and display options. As you can imagine, choosing the right items is an exciting time – which is why we ask THAT ALL DECISION MAKERS ARE PRESENT, AS ALL FINAL ORDERS WILL BE PLACED AT THIS APPOINTMENT. 

WE ASK THAT YOU SET ASIDE APPROXIMATELY 1-2 HOURS for this appointment and that small children are not in attendance


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
TO GET MY ORDER?

YOUR PORTRAITS WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP APPROXIMATELY 4-6 WEEKS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED (THIS DATE WILL BE SET AT YOUR CONSULTATION).


HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY FILES?

Non-ordered images will be removed from our system following your ordering appointment. we do not archive or save any unordered files. All ordered and paid for images are archived for a period up to 1 year. 


WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?

100% payment of your session fee is required at the time of booking and will hold your session date on the calendar. The session fee takes into consideration the time dedicated to creation and conceptualization of your session by john pyle, as well as the careful planning and professional guidance during your consultation and ordering appointment. The session fee is non-refundable. 


WHAT IF I NEED TO
RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?

We understand that unexpected events come up (illness, weather, travel delays, emergencies, etc). If you need to reschedule, please call us as soon as possible. if you reschedule within a 24-48 hour time frame, we will do our best to reschedule your session within (6) months of the original appointment date. keep in mind that session fees are non-refundable and you will be given one opportunity to reschedule. 


WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? 

We require 100% of your order total before ANY part of the order is processed (this includes digital images and/or yearbook images). all Orders are custom made and are non-refundable.


CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO ME?

YES, WE CAN SHIP YOUR ORDER TO YOU AND WILL INCLUDE THE Shipping and handling fee TO YOUR ORDER. 


CAN I MAKE MY OWN COPIES?

All images remain the property of John Pyle and are protected by federal copyright laws. Duplication in part or whole (whether by scanning or reprinting) is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by law. This includes posting scanned images to social media websites. 


CAN I USE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION FOR MY YEARBOOK?

YES. WE CAN PROVIDE A YEARBOOK IMAGE FROM AN ORDERED IMAGE. THIS MUST BE REQUESTED AT THE ORDERING SESSION. 


DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FRAMING?

YES.JOHN PYLE SPECIALIZES IN ART TO DECORATE YOUR HOME. AS SUCH, WE OFFER BOTH CUSTOM CANVAS GALLERY WRAPS, METAL PRINTS, GALLERY BLOCKS AND CUSTOM FRAMED PORTRAIT ART. ALSO INCLUDED ARE CUSTOM ART DISPLAYS,ART ALBUMS, USB DRIVES AND IMAGE KEEPSAKE BOXES. WE WORK WITH EACH CLIENT TO ENSURE YOU CHOOSE PIECES THAT WILL WORK WITH THE STYLE OF YOUR HOME.
